Hey all you cool hot tub people Katie here, I want to tell you the great story about how we started this business. Vince is my husband and he’s the coolest dude EVER!!!! Vince did talk me into getting a hot tub. Vince basically LIVE’S in our hot tub, I feel like he should have a life jacket on for safety if he falls asleep!
Three months later when Vince did the drain, clean, refill, and reheat for the first time…. he was like a 3 year old who turns the oven light on and sits and watches cookies bake, VERY IMPATIENTLY!
He was in his swimming suit for hours, CONTINUALLY checking the temperature of the hot tub, wanting and waiting to get in. That night he was never able to get in and enjoy the hot tub. The water did not heat up to the temperature he wanted before it got too late at night, and he had to wait until the next day.
However, the next day while soaking in the hot tub, Vince did nothing but let the wheels turn inside his head. Vince is the type of person to think of how he can make things not only quicker, but easier and better. And then Vince is the type of person to ask himself "how can I make a hot tub owners life easier? And how can I be of service of them?".
Vince got with one of his friends, designed and made a machine that heats the water as it goes in. In fact the water is so hot that we fill hot tubs up with hot and cold water at the same time. We are able to get the water to roughly around 100 degrees, ready to use immediately.
Vince called a few friends and siblings that he knew had hot tubs, after trial and error, learning moments, failures and then SWEET SUCCESS!! United Hot Tub Cleaning was born, and we TOTALLY SPLASH!!
(Fun fact: We hold the official certification as Pool Operations Specialists.)
I think my husband is pretty rad to be able to turn an idea into such an amazing family owned business!!!!!

Can’t recommend United Hot Tub cleaning enough! Not only do they come when they’re supposed to (which is a big deal to us) but Vince is thorough and does a great job every time. Plus they have amazing customer service. Which is really what sold me on this company. Katie is so nice, super knowledgeable and upfront with everything! I am not normally one to post reviews, but I was so impressed with United Hot Tub that I just have to shout them out! The customer service that they provide definitely goes above and beyond! I wish I had taken before and after pictures. Vince took our hot tub from questionable to inviting. The water and tub look like new. I also want to give a shout out to Katie about her customer service. She was so helpful in scheduling especially in this very busy time. Great job guys couldn't be happier!

Incredible experience. I don’t have to worry about anything they show up take care of the hot tub and maintenance. They’ve great customer service. I am a busy person amd don’t have time to worry about it. They have made hot tub ownership enjoyable. I am so grateful. I highly recommend!!!
